You must take action before your subscription ends. In some cases, the expiration date in the email you received is incorrect because the extension was not applied. All information about your subscription, including expiration dates, can be found in My Account.
We've already given all customers extra time before a decision is required:
- All paid subscriptions have been extended by 60 days.
- All trials have been extended by 30 days.
Your backups will continue to work as they always have, and we continue to place the highest priority on the safety and security of your personal data. Remember: once your subscription ends, automatic backup stops and your data will be securely deleted.
